Born and raised just north of Toronto in Richmond Hill Ken has lived in and has a solid understanding of the Greater Toronto Area. Ken has been an active member of both the preservation of the City’s history by participating in such efforts as the North Rosedale Heritage Project while keeping a keen eye on civil urban planning in the future. Ken has also spend some time consulting for new development projects and assisting developers in the go between with civil metropolitan officials in areas such as Liberty Village.
It is this unique participation and intimate knowledge of all of the communities around the GTA that will protect you from perhaps making the mis-step of committing to a fixer-upper in a Heritage status neighborhood or perhaps investing in a commercial development that may never properly achieve all the necessary licencing and approvals from civil officials.
